Patrick Kofoed, Head of Partnership Sales for North, commented on the partnership to Esports Insider: “We’re excited to partner with Nocco who will support us and provide us with their products for the future. Nocco is such a dedicated brand that fits so well with our approach to sporting”

The Danish organisation unveiled a slew of changes to both its brand and its organisational strategy at the top of the year, following a social media blackout that began on January 5th. Financial terms and any additional details of its partnership with Nocco have not been disclosed at the time of writing.

North is also partnered with technology corporation Capgemini, audio company Sennheiser, bookmaker Pinnacle, merchandise company We Are Nations, and computer manufacturer Shark Gaming.

Nocco was announced as a partner of Team Singularity, another Danish organisation, earlier this month. The energy drink brand has also partnered with Astralis, Ninjas in Pyjamas, Emil “HeatoN” Christensen, and Kappa Bar.

Esports Insider says: This seems like quite a basic partnership, lasting for nine months and simply involving the supply of products, but it marks another deal for Nocco as it looks to continue marketing its drinks to the esports demographic.
